Sourdough Bread with Honey-Drizzled Figs & Rosemary
The combination of savory creamy goat’s cheese, ripe figs, a sweet drizzle of honey, and freshly chopped rosemary on a fresh slice of sourdough bread is so good. Give it a try yourself.
Ingredients
per bread slice
1 slice sourdough bread
1-2 figs
1-2 tbsp soft goat’s cheese
1 tbsp honey
1 stem fresh rosemary
Method
Toast a slice of sourdough bread.
Spread goat’s cheese on the bread,
Wash and slice the figs and place on bread.
Drizzle all with honey and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
