Tiramisu Baked Oats on the Go

Ingredients
For 2 portions
443 kcal / 35g protein

  • 80 g oats (⅔ cups)

  • 180 ml oat milk (¾ cup)

  • 50 ml coffee

  • 1 banana

  • 20 g chopped dark chocolate

  • 1.5 scoop chocolate protein powder (45 g)

  • 0.5 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 4 tbsp SKYR (or alternatively Greek yoghurt)

  • 2 jam/glass jars

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash 1 banana with a fork until smooth. Add 80 g oats, 180 ml oat milk, 50 ml coffee, 20 g chopped dark chocolate, 1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder, and 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Mix everything until evenly combined. The texture should be slightly runnier than porridge—adjust with more oats for a firmer texture or more milk for a runnier one, if needed.

  3. Evenly split the mixture between the two jars.

  4. Place the jars on the middle oven rack and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp SKYR with 0.5 scoop of vanilla protein powder.

  6. Once the oats are baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.

  7. Top the oats with the SKYR mixture and dust with the remaining cocoa.
